About Wilson & Company

 

Wilson & Company was established in 1994 and recently celebrated 14 years in the construction industry. Throughout these years, Wilson & Company has established a reputation of quality, cost-effective buildings and positive client relationships.

For over 25 years, Parks Wilson, President of Wilson & Company, has successfully managed the construction of building projects. He has completed approximately five million sqaure feet of facilities, most of these projects in Florida. Due to his philosophy of client service and long-term leadership in construction, Parks often builds on a repeat basis for his satisfied clients.

Prior to establishing Wilson & Company, Inc. Parks Wilson was the Chief Project Manager for Suitt Construction Company, Florida Division. While Parks worked with Suitt, the company grew 600% in size to the 53rd largest construction company in the U.S.A. The projects built by Parks Wilson range from highly finished office buildings to large distribution centers up to 850,000 SF in size and $65,000,000.00 in value. Most of these projects were built on a design-build basis, as Parks coordinated the design and permitting process.

Wilson & Company, Inc. has completed every project meeting or exceeding the owners' expectations.

Wilson & Company, Inc. is fortunate in our growth record, and has the ability to provide bonding on almost all building projects. We enjoy an excellant relationship with our bonding company, and our bond is open with set limits.

Wilson & Company, Inc. also enjoys excellent relationships with our subcontractors. Our projects are managed efficiently, and we have completed every project on or ahead of schedule. Our trade relationships are also very good, with early payment made to all major suppliers, giving us priority in purchasing cost and delivery.
